What is a Business Continuity Plan? Proactive strategy to avoid and mitigate risks associated with disruption of operations. Includes steps to be taken before, during and after an event to maintain the operational and financial viability of an organization.

How can a Business Continuity Plan can help your organization?

1.  Ensure important business operations continue. Contingency planning.

2.  Allow for remote operation. Processes that enable staff to work from a remote location.

3.  Protect important assets, such as customer and accounting data. Identify your key assets and ensure they are stored in secure locations.

4.  Reduce your downtime. Every hour your business is down costs you money! Plan allows you to be up and running more quickly.

5.  Prevent you from going out of business. Ultimately, a plan could prevent your business from going under.
